2. The Access to the Venue
From Kanazawa Station of JR line to the venue: About 10 minutes by taxi, or about 15 minutes by bus. The bus terminal is located on the East Gate of Kanazawa Station. Take the bus from post 3, or 8 to 11, and get off at "Minami-Machi Oyama Jinja".From Komatsu Airport to Kanazawa Station of JR line: Use limousine bus, which takes about 40 minutes. http://www.komatsuairport.jp/access/bus_kanazawa_en.html
3. Poster Session and Short Oral Presentation
All presentations except the symposium are designated to be in a poster session accompanied by two-minute short oral presentation. The poster session will be held from 15:15 to 17:00 on Thursday June 9th at the Exhibition Gallery. The two-minute short oral presentation for P01 - P03 and for P04 - P10 will be held 9:05 to 9:55 and 13:40 to 15:00, respectively, on Thursday June 9th at the Main Hall. You can find the location of the Exhibition Gallery and the Main Hall in the Map of Venue.
We request the poster presenters to provide three-page landscaped (not portrait) Adobe PDF file for the two-minute short oral presentation. In first page of the PDF file, please put number of your presentation, title of the poster, name of the author(s), affiliation(s) of the author(s). And please confirm that the file is displayed correctly by Adobe Acrobat Reader of Windows version. Please send the file to japan.biomag[at]gmail.com (please replace "[at]" to "@") by Wednesday June 8th, with an email subject with “BiomagJ-P##-###_xxxx”, with a file name of "slide_P##-###_xxxx.pdf”, where P##-### and xxxx are the presentation number and the name of the author, respectively. 4. Two-minute Short Oral Presentation
Please come to the front row sheets of the Main Hall when the presentation of the third person before you starts his/her presentation. You can find the order of your presentation in the List of Presentation. Please consider the duration of your presentation will be no longer than two minutes. There will be no time for questions and answers. Please have good discussions at the Exhibition Gallery from 15:15 to 17:00.Under 35-year-old presenters are the candidates for U35 awards. The referees will consider the oral presentation as well as the poster presentation, and the results will be announced at the convivial gathering which will be held from 18:00 to 20:00 on Thursday June 9th at Gojukken Nagaya building inside the Kanazawa Castle Park.

5. Display and Removal of the Posters
Please put up your poster during the time from 9:00 to 13:00 on Thursday June 9th at the Exhibition Gallery, and please take it down during the time from 11:55 to 12:55 in Friday June 10th. Posters not removed after that time will be discarded. A poster board, 200 cm in height and 120 cm in width, with the presentation number, will be provided for each poster presenter. Please refer to the layout of the poster board. Pushpins will be also provided.
